If your potential customers are not responding to your messages especially after you have shared all the details about your products, services including your pricing then try this follow up question.

All you have to do is ask them this particular question.

Are you still interested in solving your problem?

Or

Are you still interested in achieving your goal? 

Be more specific in asking this question.

Let me give you another example: Are you still interested in solving your hair loss problem? 

If you're getting responses, these people are your serious customers if you're not getting responses let them go.
