These 3 habits built my self confidence and here's how you can apply it.
These habits are so simple, anyone can use it.
Best part, you don't much effort to make it happen.
I love simplicity because it works and the method that I used is to start small and scale big.
The first habit that built my self confidence is the habit of exercising. I was able to build my confidence by investing in my body and health. The way I got started is just by doing 10 push ups a day until exercising became a habit.
The second habit that built my self confidence is the habit of reading. Reading transformed my life and income. Reading books can be overwhelming but I got started with this habit simply by reading just 1 page a day. Now, I can even finish a chapter in a day.
The third habit that built my self confidence is the habit of posting content on social media. This habit built my self confidence, capabilities and also new connections that helped me to grow my income further. This is so powerful but I started it easily by just posting one video a day.
Anyone can adopt and apply these habits.
I would highly recommend you to live these habits. They transformed my life and I believe they will transform your life too.
